Service purpose:

Service content:

The warranty period of the machine tool shall be calculated from the date of acceptance.

1. Warranty period: free service. If the damage is caused by human factors or natural disasters, the cost of parts will be charged as appropriate.

2. Beyond the warranty period: lifelong service. After the warranty period, our company will provide free technical assistance and provide paid maintenance services for customers, including faults

Repair and replacement of original parts. The replacement of parts shall be charged with costs, and relevant labor costs shall be negotiated by both parties at their discretion.

Service response time:

Respond within 2 hours after receiving the information,

Arrive at the site within 6 hours in the company's service outlets;

Arrive at the site within 24 hours outside the service outlets;

48 hours in remote areas.

Special circumstances shall be confirmed by both parties through negotiation.
