Instructions for use of protective precision punch device

The safety protection device is an effective safety protection device for the high-precision punch manufacturer to maintain the life safety of the punching machine operators at the present stage. It has better maintenance effect than the protective devices such as the highway barrier, the door handle of mechanical equipment, and the mechanical equipment dial, and prevents accidents caused by improper operation or abnormal equipment during the production process. Applicable to ordinary punches (the company has a complete set of transformation equipment, which can make ordinary punches operate more safely.) High speed punches, mechanical presses, hydraulic presses, film presses, hydraulic plate shears, joint robots, packaging machinery and other automatic machines with excellent performance are also suitable for various regional agents or anti-theft systems.

    The safety protection device is generally divided into two types: infrared opposite type and double beam type.

    The infrared radiation type safety protection device refers to the photoelectric protection device for maintaining the light curtain sensor because the light emitting unit and the light receiving unit are respectively in the light emitter and the light receiver, and the light emitted from the light emitting unit is irradiated to the light receiving unit. The infrared radiation safety protection device is composed of a control board, a light emitter, a light receiver, a light emitting coaxial cable and a light receiving transmission line, as shown in Figure 1 below.

    The double beam safety protection device refers to that the light emitting unit and the light receiving unit are all in the same sensor, and the light emitted from the light emitting unit returns to the light receiving unit according to the reflector reflection surface, thus generating a photoelectric protection device for maintaining the light curtain sensor. A safety protection screen is generated between the light emitter and the reflector. Every time the safety protection screen is affected or the servo precision punch is not working normally, the light emitter will send a signal to the automatic control system of the punch to avoid the possible risk fitness exercise and end the risk of drill bit sliding. The reflective safety protection device is composed of a controller, a sensor, a reflector and a coaxial cable.
