    Check the lubrication condition of each part, and make sure that all lubricating parts are fully lubricated.

    Check whether the abrasives are assembled correctly and reliably.

    Check whether the working pressure of air compression is within the specification range.

    Check whether the switches of the precision punch are flexible and reliable. The motor can be turned on only after the axle and clutch are disconnected.

    Work

    The manual lubricating gasoline pump shall be used to pump lubricating oil to the lubricating point on time.

    When the characteristics of the press are not solved, the press cannot be adjusted at will.

    It is definitely forbidden to cut the double-layer plate at the same time.

    If you find that the work is not normal, you should stop working immediately and check it immediately.

    Disconnect the axle and clutch, cut off the power supply of the servo punch and release the remaining gas.

    The press shall be cleaned and the equipment workbench shall be coated with anti rust agent.

    Make records after each operation or maintenance.
